Role: Photographer & Studio Session Consultant

Location: UK Wide (Multiple Studios + HQ Team)

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time or Part-Time

Salary: National Minimum Wage up to £40,000 per annum plus bonuses

Baby Art Studios is one of the UK’s leading maternity, newborn, and baby photography brands. We started as a photography company and have grown into a memory-making business, capturing moments that families will cherish for a lifetime.

As we head into 2026, we are expanding our team across the UK and are looking for passionate, people-focused individuals to join us.

This role will initially focus on photography and in-studio client experience, including:

• Photographing maternity, newborn, and baby sessions

• Creating a calm, warm, and memorable experience for families

• Guiding families through their session and ordering appointments

• Representing the Baby Art brand with care, professionalism, and heart

Full training is provided, so you do not need to be fully trained as a photographer to apply. Experience is an advantage, but attitude and passion matter more.
