💛 “I’m not sure I’ll feel confident being photographed…”
That’s totally normal. Our photographers are trained to make you feel relaxed and comfortable throughout. You’ll be gently guided through flattering poses in a calm and safe environment — with no pressure at all.
💛 “My partner’s not keen on being in photos…”
No worries! We can tailor the session to focus on just you and baby if preferred. That said, we often find even the most reluctant partners end up loving the experience once they arrive!
💛 “What if my baby doesn’t settle or cries the whole time?”
We’ve photographed over 20,000 babies — we’ve seen it all! Our sessions are totally baby-led, with plenty of time for cuddles, feeds, and settling. No rush, no stress — we’ll go at your baby’s pace.
💛 “Will there be any pressure to buy more afterwards?”
Absolutely not. There’s zero pressure. Everything included is clearly listed before you book. Any extras are entirely optional — you only buy what you love.
💛 “How much is it to purchase extras as i'm sure i'm going to want more than the one that's included?”
This is one of the most common questions we’re asked — and the honest answer is: most of our families do fall in love with more than just their complimentary image (and we can’t blame them!).
There’s absolutely no pressure or obligation to purchase anything extra, but for those who wish to, we offer a beautiful selection of products ranging from just £60 to £995 — including individual prints, digital collections, wall art, and bundle packages.
We’ve also made it as easy as possible, with flexible 0% payment plans available. Most families tend to invest between £400–£600, depending on what feels right for them. But again — it’s completely up to you.
What matters most is that you leave with something you love.
💛 “I think I’ve left it too late to book…”
We totally understand — life gets busy! If you’re close to your due date or your baby has already arrived, just reach out. We’ll do our best to squeeze you in wherever possible.
💛 “Why do I need to pay a £49 deposit if it's free — and when do I get it back?”
Your £49 deposit isn’t a charge for your free gift, it’s simply to secure your session and ensure attendance. As a small business (with 11 independently owned studios across the UK), no-shows can be really damaging — especially when we’re only able to offer 10 slots per due month.
This incredible offer is genuinely limited, and we want to make sure it goes to families who are as excited as we are to capture this special time.
Your deposit is fully refunded at your ordering session, or you can choose to put it towards any additional images or products if you wish.
It’s just our way of keeping things fair — and making sure every family has the chance to create something beautiful.
