The best time to book is as soon as possible to secure your spot! Most families reserve their package or a single newborn shoot from as early as 12 weeks pregnant to avoid disappointment, as our availability is limited and fills up quickly each month. Here’s a guide to help you plan your booking:

Watch Me Grow (Little Smilers or Little Sitters): You can book once your baby arrives, but we encourage early booking to ensure availability.

We do occasionally have last-minute cancellation slots, so if you’re hoping for a session or package, feel free to reach out anytime, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. It's always better to book sooner rather than later! 💛

If you've booked a package, such as Bump To Baby or Watch Me Grow, we recommend attending all your scheduled sessions to ensure you capture those precious moments. However, we understand that life can be unpredictable, especially during pregnancy. If you're unable to attend your maternity shoot for any reason, you can easily switch over to the Watch Me Grow package at no extra cost, as both packages are priced the same. Please note, if you miss or cancel a session within your package, any session fees or deposits may be lost, and a new £35 deposit will be required to reschedule. We’re here to make this as easy and stress-free as possible for you, so if you have concerns about attending, just let us know—we’ll do our best to help! 💛

No need to worry—we’ve got everything you’ll need! For maternity sessions, we provide a stunning range of dresses in various styles, colours, and sizes, including plus size. Whether you prefer open-front or closed-front designs, we’ve got you covered.

When it comes to your baby’s session, we have an incredible selection of props, outfits, and accessories—pretty much everything you can imagine (yes, even the kitchen sink!). That said, we do recommend bringing along any personal items that are special to you. Including these in your session adds a unique and meaningful touch to your photos. 💛

Not at all! There are no hidden costs with our packages or shoots—what you see is exactly what you get.

That said, if you’d like to take home more than what’s included in your chosen package or session, we offer a variety of beautiful extras. From prints and wall art to digital packages and more, there’s something to suit every style and budget. Prices start at just £60 and range up to £895, with plenty of options in between.

We find that many of our happiest clients choose to invest a few hundred pounds on their images across their package. That being said, there’s absolutely no obligation to do so. Whatever you choose, as long as you have an incredible experience and feel delighted with your memories, we’re happy too! If you leave feeling thrilled enough to tell the world through a glowing Google review, then we know we’ve done our job right. 💛

Absolutely! We warmly welcome all family members to join your photoshoot—including the furry ones (yes, dogs are welcome too!). Siblings, grandparents, and anyone special to you can be part of your session to make it even more memorable. It’s all about capturing the people (and pets!) who matter most to you. 💛

The length of your session depends on the type of shoot:

Newborn sessions: These are booked for up to 4 hours, giving us plenty of time to capture those perfect moments with your little one.

Little Smilers sessions: These are scheduled for 2 hours.

All other session types: are 60 minutes

We want to ensure you have a relaxed and enjoyable experience, so we allocate plenty of time to create beautiful memories you'll treasure forever. 💛

When booking an individual shoot or package, the full session or package fee is required at the time of booking.

Please note: Missed or cancelled sessions will result in the loss of your session fee and/or deposits.

Due to the high demand for our services, all shoot and package fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

However, in the unfortunate event of an unsuccessful pregnancy, we will refund your package fee and deposit in full, with our deepest sympathies. We strive to be as fair and understanding as possible while maintaining the quality and availability of our services. 💛

At Baby Art HQ, we manage all the marketing for our studios, including promoting sessions, attending baby shows, and generating enquiries and bookings. Once you’ve chosen your nearest studio and booked your session by paying your package fee and/or deposit, your booking is passed to your local Baby Art Studio.

From this point, your chosen studio takes full responsibility for your experience, including the session itself, any sales, and the delivery of your products. Baby Art HQ is no longer involved, as the studio operates independently as a franchise.
